Delivery & Shipping

Processing time 

  • Regular orders are processed and dispatched within 1-4 business days. 
  • Orders marked as “made to order” are processed and dispatched within 5-10 business days. 
  • We ship Monday to Friday from 10am – 6pm (GMT +8), public holidays excluded. 

Shipping Rates 

  • Free standard shipping (within Hong Kong SAR) for orders HKD300+ 
  • Free standard shipping for most other destinations* (see details below) for orders HKD500+ 
  • For orders below the free shipping purchase threshold, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout depending on the delivery destination. 

Hong Kong SAR 

  • HKD30, or free for orders HKD300+ 
  • Typically delivered within 1-3 business days from date of dispatch 

Taiwan 

  • HKD30, or free for orders HKD500+ 
  • Typically delivered within 4-7 business days from date of dispatch

Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees 

  • When ordering from Create&Co, you are responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. 
  • Orders shipped outside of Hong Kong SAR may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Create&Co has no control over these charges, nor can Create&Co predict what they may be. 
  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. 
  • Please note that we are unable to list items as gifts or to undervalue items on customs declaration forms, as this is against the law. 
  • By placing an order with Create&Co, you consent to pay the additional fees imposed by your country's customs and agree that you will not hold Create&Co liable for any additional costs. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
