What is your production time? 

• Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1-4 business days.

How will I know when my order ships? 

• You will receive an email from us when your order is dispatched. If you have not received any email notification in your mailbox, please check your spam folder. 

How long will it take for orders to be delivered? 

• Shipping time varies according to the destination country, please refer to our Delivery & Shipping page for further information. 
• Orders for delivery within Hong Kong SAR will typically be delivered within 1-3 business days from date of dispatch. 

Will I be charged duty or other import fees? 

• All goods sold by Create&Co are not inclusive of import taxes, duties, and related customs fees. 
• For orders that are shipped outside of Hong Kong SAR, import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country.  
• The customer/recipient should be aware of any potential charges that may occur at the time of delivery/pickup for imported goods, and by purchasing any goods from Create&Co you accept that you will not hold Create&Co liable for any additional costs that may arise as a result of any import taxes, duties and related customs fees being levied upon these goods.
